An international, cross-industry career that has moved from corporate management to extensive research, advisory and capability development services to public, private and third sector organisations. Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit. As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award. Tim is also Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he leads development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs. Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Sally supports the World Commerce and Contracting global team in the pursuit of both the recognition of and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management. She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Whether in contract development, negotiation, training or general communications, Sally has built a reputation for service excellence and responsiveness. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.

Keld Jensen is an international author, professor, speaker, advisor and expert in negotiations and trust. He has worked with leading global companies, governments and individuals as an advisor and trainer. These include SAB Miller, LEGO, the governments of Denmark, Great Britain, Lithuania and Canada, Rolls Royce, Siemens, Thermo-Fisher, Carlsberg, Vestas, and Novo Nordisk. The concept of SMARTnership negotiation has been awarded "best negotiation concept". Jensen has authored 24 books published in more than 37 countries. Jensen is an associate professor at Thunderbird School of Global Management (ASU) in the US, Aalborg University in Denmark, and BMI Institute in Belgium and Lithuania.

Stu van Rij is an expert in influencing and negotiation. He helps his clients bring their best to the conversations that matter. His approach has been shaped by the late Jim Camp, who masterminded negotiations worth billions, and whose system has been drawn on by Fortune 500 companies and the FBI Hostage Crisis Negotiation Training Unit. Appointed as Jim’s coach for Asia Pacific in 2013, Stu melds this experience with the commercial acumen gained from over two decades as a specialist IT lawyer. The result? A human-centric approach that elevates performance and amplifies influence.
Stu helps his clients to influence, negotiate, pitch and partner. Stu’s clients include agencies like Australia’s Department of Defence and New Zealand’s Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment through to commercial entities such as WSP, Dentsu and Meridian Energy. His experience spans “David and Goliath” type commercial negotiations through to lobbying officials, influencing stakeholders and dealing with the stubborn, sceptical or stuck.
