Tim Cummins

Tim Cummins is President of World Commerce & Contracting. He has also lectured in Law at the University of Leeds. For 25 years, Tim has led research and the development of standards for the Commercial and Contract Management discipline, an achievement that was recognised by the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ award in 2019.
Over that time, Tim has been instrumental in developing the world’s only not-for-profit association dedicated to Commercial and Contract Management and continues to work with its 80,000 members in both public and private sector to improve the quality and integrity of trading relationships.
Tim’s inspiration came from a career in Finance and Commercial Management, spanning multiple industries and countries and providing insight to the critical role that commercial innovation plays in delivering business and social value.

A Supply chain professional with over 36 years of corporate experience spanning project management, sourcing, procrument, contracts, logistics, and cost optimization. Managed global Procurement, Contracts management and Logistics across 40+ countries Aat Tata Communications and has worked with renowned companies like Godrej, L&T, Airtel, Reliance, Yes Bank etc. and led initiatives in Supply Chain transformation, Sourcing efficiency, Digitalization and Cost optimization programs across diverse industries such as Telecom, EPC, Manufacturing and Banking. He actively contributes to sustainability in procurement as the Co-Chair of the India Chapter of the Sustainable Procurement Pledge, a global non-profit initiative. He is also currently the Chairman of IIMM Mumbai branch, which contributes to shaping the future of supply chain management in India.

Sharon is a passionate advocate for driving shared values and positive change in the world. She recognises the advancement of the capabilities of our commercial, procurement, contracting, supply chain, and legal professionals as integral to building a better future for people, prosperity, and the planet. As the Group Regional Head of APAC at WorldCC, Sharon spearheads the association's activities throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Her commitment extends to supporting the WorldCC Foundation, where she actively champions sustainable and inclusive contracting practices. With over two decades of executive experience in Australia and internationally, particularly in the non-profit membership space, Sharon has played a pivotal role in advancing global procurement and supply chain expertise, while ensuring diversity and inclusion are top of mind. Whether as the Director of Global Programs at Procurious or as General Manager for the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, Sharon has consistently aimed to elevate the capabilities and profile of the procurement and supply chain profession across the region. Sharon is dedicated to driving positive change in the world—one contract at a time!
